Adze, Toki
Complete dark green pounamu adze. Surface is ground with bruising on the sides and sawing marks on proper right side. Cross-section is rectangular. Differentiation between butt and blade with sides reduced to form shoulders. Bevel is demarcated by a line. Cutting edge is curved and sharp but chipped. "Kaitangata" inscription on back and front.
