Complete Lozenge cross-section The surface is ground with some areas of unground natural stone in small areas. There is differentiation between the butt and the blade. The sides of the blade are reduced at the butt. The bevel is demarcated by a line. The sides of the blade taper slightly from the cutting edge to the butt. The cutting edge is sharp and straight.
