letter, ?/?/193? to H D Skinner, Mentions a letter about the Parkers(?) collection, a copy of Skinner's letter has been taken and they will consider the offer once a specimen has arrived. Advises that the offer was a good one. The collection as a whole is not that wonderful, they seem to have an idea of the value. They will probably make an offer for the two figures, as they don't want to go through the trouble of taking them down and rearranging an exhibition. The long spare is quite good, thought it was a decoration. Something about a wooden item probably being European. The kiwi feather is the only good one. A tokoioko (?) is worm eaten. Small canoe, poor condition. 4 or 5 tiki, ordinary. There a a few island articles in the collection not in the photograph, but they are ordinary.
