Correspondence, 1960s-1970s, Correspondence from 1965 regarding the loan of a heirloom mere and whale bone patu from the Taiaroa family to Otago Museum. As well as a greenstone mere from the Karetai family, taken from the Museum at Otakou Church, to Miss L. M. Wallscott of Caversham, includes outline drawing of the mere from 1974 and another of the mere too. Also letters corresponding about two mere pounamu in 1967, Hineteririki, the heirloom of Paparu of Otakou (married to Edmond Weller) and Mukaherehere heirloom of Tiare Wetere Te Kahu.
