Difficult to secure such materials with distance from the sites that produce it. The museum has a small collection from Britain representing Stone and Bronze Age, as well as Roman times. Material from pre-Roman Italy would barely fit one table case. The material from your department is much appreciated. I heard you speak while on war service with the New Zealand division on the subject of Mr Reid Moir's discoveries in East Anglia
