letter, 05/04/1934 to University Council, University of Otago, Introducing more efficient warming apparatus in the Biology laboratory needs a method of ventilation, low ceiling in the room that is occupied by 52 students, a lecturer, two demonstrators and a professor is only ventilated by leaving the windows open both at top and bottom, air becomes unpleasant and people are headachey by the afternoon, especially when rabbits are being dissected. Members of the Work Committee will support this request, can the architect look into this before cold weather comes.
