letter, 11/09/1933, Mrs J. Geggie, "Rosebank" Balclutha to H D Skinner , Interested to learn that Maori adzes are of an 'unusual type.' Reports that they were ploughed up on her husband's farm at Puerua about 30 years ago. They will be pleased to have them placed on loan to the museum.
