letter, 21/03/1931, J H Burnet, Wanganui Public Museum to H D Skinner, Re Kuri skins. Have one at museum, and one deposited with Museum that is for sale. Skins have been well cured. Also have a skull of one animal and could make a cast. Collected by ? Bell, surveyor from Upper Waitoturu? Made contact with a Maori who has discovered a cave burial; containing mere and 3 tiki. Recommend offer from Mr Downes.
