letter, 24/02/1934, Mr Drury Low to H.D. Skinner, Correspondence regarding a few artefacts, one being a Puka-Puka hook, one very old black stone Penu from the Atiu Caves, and three other pounders made out of stone. Mention of a good coral pounder which was previously the property of Captain Harris. A very large Kumete from Atiu from over 70 years ago. A very old Paroe from Atiu. Mention of some adzes from Rarotonga that were robbed from the Ngamaro Ariki family burial cave in Atiu, and four or five necklaces made of human teeth and hair were also found. Mr Low mentions he has sent his two daughters to school in New Zealand.
