Unnamed

Letter, 09/08/1938, Hugh S McCully to H D Skinner, Thanks for help in obtaining copy of "Antiquity". Identifies specimans on Plate IV as identical to moa bone implements. Opinion that moa bones intended to be used as implements were buried for some time so they could be more easily worked. Commentary on making of implements where the features of point and edge are more important than tool form. Specimans on Plate IV demonstrate this.
