Letter, 07/03/1938, H D Skinner to Department of Internal Affairs, Wilfrid James Plowden-Wardlaw gave me skins of 2 penguins which he killed at Taiaroa Heads. I laid information with the police and he was prosecuted and fined £15 I ask permission to take over the skins. Comments on honorary rangers and evidence for prosecutions, and who should prosecute.
