Going to the doctor can be a scary time for kids – but it doesn't have to be!
To help kids get more comfortable around healthcare settings, we're hosting a week-long Teddy Bear Hospital in partnership with the Otago University Medical Students' Association.
Bring your teddy bear along for a friendly check-up and make your next healthcare visit less stressful.
A team of medicine, pharmacy, dentistry, and laboratory science students will be there to make sure any visiting teddies are A-okay, and there will be interactive medical check-up activities, bubbles, and toys in a relaxed, welcoming environment designed to help kids feel more confident.
