Complete patu onewa. Notched knobs and shallow groove on top of butt. Drilled perforation. Ridge running along the centre of the length of the blade on both sides. Faint spirals on both sides of the blade. Two grooves on blunt blade edge.

Complete patu onewa. Dark grey and black stone. Surface is ground with chipping at the distal edge of the blade. Perforation on the handle is drilled from both sides. Ornamental grooves on the butt.

Whalebone kotiate/club. Fairly short handle and kotiate has good balance. Proximal end of handle has manaia head design turned sideways. Red sealing wax - eyes are a browny/orange colour. Just below the eye is a fairly straight drilled hole with white string tied through it. One small rounded hole on each side of lobe which are not cut out.

Complete patu paraoa with drilled perforation on butt. Butt portion appears curved in shape and has carved (reke) rounded grooves. Surface of blade has cracks running vertically down the blade, with cuts and scratching visible. Most if not all of the cut markings are running horizontally or on an angle.

Butt only. Projections at either side perforation - asymmetric and distal end serrated around outside. Skinner comments that shape of butt protuberances suggest animal form. Handle - oval in cross section with perforate form both front and back. Scratched Patu onewa fragment, butt and part of handle present. Drill perforation, no tau. Butt triangular with serrated edges. Handle split lengthwise.

Complete tewhatewha. The upper edge of the blade is straight but sloping. The lower edge is of the blade is curved, with a small fragment missing. There is a perforation through the lower blade. There is a small carving mid-way down the shaft of concentric diamonds, four on each side. These diamonds are surrounded by a raised dot pattern that curve around the tewhatewha.

Fragment of patu paraoa, butt and part of handle remaining. Ornamental grooves on top of butt. Drilled perforation on handle. Indentation on one edge and two on one side. Some reduction above perforation on one side.

Complete patu paraoa. The handle has a circular perforation with wood inserted, below this is a circular perforation in the butt.

Complete taiaha. Proximal end carved with human face in high relief on each side. Paua shell inlay in eyes. Protruding tongue has a rauru (double spiral with notches) pattern. Centre of taiaha and distal end of the blade has bands of rauponga (groove and notch) pattern.

Complete patu paraoa. Shallow ornamental grooves and perforation at butt. Chip on the proximal end of the butt. There are two natural grooves/perforations running the length of the blade.

Complete wahaika rakau. The blade has a triangular shaped perforation chipped out and circular perforations with a piece of wood inserted. It also has a human carved on the side of the blade. The butt has a circular perforation chipped out and a face carved into it. The wahaika is in good condition.

Complete wahaika paraoa. A profile human figure joins the blade to the handle, with its legs extending across the handle. The face extends out into the recessed side of the blade. Another figure extends from the poll, with tongue extended and two hands coming to hold a stylised body. Both figures are adorned with pākati (notches) along the eyes, mouth, torso, arms and legs. Both figures have paua inserts in the eyes. There is a perforation at the poll. The convex distal edge of the blade is lightly notched from use.
