Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Stone. Dark grey with light grey flecks, dark brown.Cross-section of butt is oval, cross-section of blade is trapezoidal, with back narrower than front. Surface of blade is ground, bruised on butt. Major differentiation between butt and blade, sides and front reduced forming shoulder. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, large chip missing from mid cutting edge. Glenorchy written on front.
