Roughout. Stone. Black. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is mostly ground on front and back with flaking. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. No evidence of work on bevel, cutting edge is extremely blunt and curved, looks unworked. "Moeraki?" written on front.
