Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Dark brown stone. Rounded trapezoidal cross-section with the front narrower than the back. The surface is ground with bruising and flaking on the butt and sides. The butt is differentiated from the blade by the bruised surface. The bevel is curved and continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is flaked, asymmetrical and sharp.
