Broken adze (portion missing from proper right side). Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground on blade, flaked on butt. Undifferentiated between butt and blade. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, slightly oblique. "Shag River" written on back.
