Complete adze. Stone. Black. Cross-section is oval. Surface is ground on front and back, some bruising on proper left and proper right sides, with light flaking on poll and back proper right. Undifferentiated between butt and blade. Bevel is demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and curved, chipped along mid cutting edge and front surface. "Shag River" written on front and back.
