Complete roughout. Cross-section roughly oval. Surface is flaked, except near cutting edge, where the surface is ground. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper to poll end. Bevel is demarcated by a rough line at chin, cutting edge is sharp and straight, large chip on proper left, smaller chip on proper right. "Waitaki" written on front.
