Adze, Toki
Complete adze. The cross section of the blade is rectangular. The cross section of the butt is plano-convex with the back flattened. The surface is bruised. It is entirely speckled light grey and dark grey. There is a large chip from the surface of the bevel at the proper left corner. The butt is differentiated by a reduction of the front at the shoulder, and a transition from rectangular to plano-convex cross section. The bevel is continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is curved and blunt.
