Hei tiki, Fake
Takiwai pounamu/nephrite hei tiki. Dark green with very high translucency. Head turned to proper left side. Both hands on thighs with three fingers. Large hole drilled right of centre by eye. Red sealing wax evident in eyes. Relief around mouth, nose and eyes light and polished on both sides. Drilled through at arms and feet.
