Complete adze. Dark green pounamu. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground with sawing marks on proper left side and front left side. No differentiation between butt and blade. Bevel is continuous with blade. Cutting edge is oblique and sharp, with large flake missing from proper right side. "S.Canty." inscription on front
