Stone, Worked, Pendant, He Kura
Piece of worked pounamu/nephrite, possibly a pendant. One side exhibits inanga variety and other side totoweka variety pounamu; the split runs diagonally through the middle. Surface is ground smooth with some bruising and flaking. Proximal end has a small projection which is notched on each side at the base for suspension. Distal end resembles a fish tail, curved to one side with a notch at the distal edge.
