Adze, Toki
Complete adze. The cross-section is trapezoidal with the front narrower than the back. The surface is mainly ground except for the bevel and the front of the blade. There is major differentiation between the butt and the blade as there are raised shoulders and a reduction of the front of the blade towards the poll. The bevel is demarcated by a curved ridge at the chin. The cutting edge is curved and sharp but has one chip in the middle.
