Complete adze. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is mostly ground on front with bruising on back and sides. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, reduction on proper left of poll end and poll is oblique. Bevel is demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and curved, lightly chipped. "Kaikoura" written on front.
