Adze, Toki
Complete unfinished adze. Dark grey stone with a light grey/brown patch on the front proper left. Quadrangular cross-section. The surface is ground and flaked. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The sides of the adze taper in towards the poll from the cutting edge. The bevel is demarcated by a faint line. The cutting edge is curved and sharp.
