Adze, Toki

Complete adze. Light brown stone. Trapezoidal cross-section with the back narrower than the front. The surface is mostly ground, with bruising at the butt and on the sides. There is a deep flake scar on the proper left side. There is a shoulder on the front of the blade and the stone of the front and sides of the butt is reduced. The bevel is smooth and continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is curved and sharp with some small chips.
