Complete adze. Stone. Grey and black. Cross-section is oval. Surface of blade is ground, other surfaces bruised. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper slightly towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, slightly concave. Depression, possibly natural, on proper right left side of blade. Southland written on back.
