Adze, Toki

Broken adze (most of blade remaining). Pounamu. Light green. Cross-section is oval. Surface is ground on front, back and upper sides, bruising on lower sides. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Poll appears to be broken on the proper right side, resulting in a pointed poll on proper left. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is broken off, with fragments missing from proper left and right lower blade.
