Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Dark brown stone. Rectangular cross-section. The surface is mostly ground, with flake scars on the back of the blade and butt, and the poll. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade, the sides of the blade taper towards the poll. The bevel is continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is sharp and slightly chipped.
