Adze, Toki
Broken piece of large adze, bevel end of blade only. Dark brown stone. The cross-section is rectangular. The surface is ground on the front and on the bevel. The surface around and outlining the bevel is bruised, and the rest of the blade on the back is bruised. There are also some flake scars on the front. There is no butt. The bevel is demarcated by the change in surface. The cutting edge is asymmetrical and has flake scars.
