Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Stone. Dark grey, light brown. Cross-section of blade is lozenge shaped, cross-section of butt is oval. Surface of blade is ground, surface of butt and back is flaked with some bruising. Major differentiation between butt and blade, sides heavily reduced and taper towards poll, more heavily reduced on the proper right side. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, lightly chipped. False Isle. Catlins written on back.
