Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Stone. Black. Cross-section is rectangular. Surface is ground with some bruising on sides of butt and flaking around poll. Minor differentiation between butt and blade, sides reduced forming small shoulder. Bevel is demarcated by a line, cutting edge is sharp and straight. Large fragment missing from proper left of cutting edge. "Fortrose" written on front.
