Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Previously broken in two and fixed. Some chips missing along the seam on both front and back. Cross section of blade is trapezoidal with front narrower than back. Cross section of butt plano-convex, back flattened. Blade mostly ground with some bruising on upper back and along proper right side. Butt mostly bruised with minor ground surface on front edge of poll. Major differentiation of butt due to different cross section and reduction of front resulting in noticeable ridge. There is a second transverse ridge across the middle of the front of the butt. The bevel is continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is curved and sharp, but with minor chipping.
