Adze, Toki
Adze roughout. Asymmetrical cross-section. The surface is mostly bruised and flaked with a ground area on both sides of the lower blade. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The sides of the blade taper in towards the poll and curved to the proper left. The bevel is demarcated by an irregular line of bruising. The cutting edge is sharp and chipped.
