Complete adze. Stone. Black. Cross-section is trapezoidal, with back narrower than front. Surfaces of front and back blade are ground, surfaces of sides and front and back of butt flaked. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade. Cutting edge is sharp and straight, chipped on proper left and proper right sides. Otago Central written on front.
