Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Stone. Mid grey. Cross-section is triangular, with apex to front, apex widens towards blade, where cross-section becomes trapezoidal, front narrower than back. Surface of blade is ground, flaked and bruised on butt. Minor differentiation between butt and blade, back of butt reduced. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, chipped on proper left side. Otago Central written on back.
