Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Medium grey stone. Lenticular cross-section. The surface is ground and flaked. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The sides of the blade taper out slightly from the cutting edge towards the poll. The bevel is demarcated by an irregular and incomplete curved ridge. The cutting edge is straight, sharp and chipped.
