Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Stone. Black, light grey, dark brown and light brown. Cross-section is semi-circular, with front flattened. Surface is mostly ground, some flaking towards poll. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, stone reduced on proper left of front. Bevel is demarcated by a small ridge at chin. Cutting edge is sharp and curved, heavily chipped. Papatowai written on back.
