Complete adze. Stone. Dark grey. Cross-section is oval. Surface is ground, bruising on sides. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Reduction of stone on poll end of butt. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is sharp and curved, heavily chipped. Papatowai written on front.
