Complete pounamu gouge. The cross section is rectangular. The surface is ground and the bevel is flaking. There is major delineation between butt and blade, with all four sides reducing to a point at the poll. The bevel is demarcated by a concave wearing, which is flaked. The cutting edge is chipped.
