Complete adze. The cross section is rectangular. The surface is ground. There is a black, asymmetrical mark or stain on the proper right side of the back, near the chin. The butt is differentiated by gradual reduction of the front from the shoulder to the poll. There is a wide, transverse groove at the shoulder. The bevel is continuous with the blade. The cutting edge is curved and sharp, but chipped at the proper right corner. Transverse groove across shoulder is possibly use wear from hafting.
