Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Greenish grey stone. Plano-convex cross-section. The surface is mostly ground with some flake scars on the sides and butt. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The sides of the blade taper in towards the poll. The bevel is continuous with the blade and the cutting edge is asymmetrical, curved and sharp. There is illegible writing in pencil on the front, "Buller" is legible.
