Complete adze. Black stone. Surface is flaked and ground. Cross-section is rectangular. Sides of the butt are reduced, particularly on the proper right side. Bevel is demarcated by a curved line. Cutting edge is curved and sharp. Blade is tapered toward the cutting edge. "McClennan River. Taukupu Bay" inscription.
