Adze, Toki
Complete unfinished adze. Light brown stone. Trapezoidal cross-section with the back narrower than the front. The surface is flaked and bruised. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The sides of the adze taper in from the cutting edge towards the poll. The bevel is demarcated by a straight protruding chin. The cutting edge is blunt. There is a circular starburst sticker on the front of the blade that reads "Found Orepuki 1899 by A King"
