Adze, Toki
Complete unfinished adze. Dark grey stone. Lenticular cross-section. The surface is mostly ground on the blade, with multiple flake scars. There is no distinction between the butt and the blade. The bevel is demarcated by oblique ridges that meet in the middle. The cutting edge is chipped and irregular.
