Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Dark greenish brown stone. Quadrangular cross-section. The surface is mostly smooth on both sides of the blade, and bruised and flaked on the sides and butt. There is some distinction between the butt and the blade, with a reduction in the stone at the butt and an irregular curved line. The bevel is smooth and continuous with the blade. There are the remnants of a paper label adhered to the back of the blade.
