Adze, Toki
Complete adze. Stone. Mid grey, light grey, mid red. Cross-section is oval. Surface is ground on lower blade, and middle portion of front. Sides of front, sides of adze are bruised. Back is mostly flaked. Small amount of red substance on front of adze. Undifferentiated between butt and blade, sides taper towards poll. Bevel is continuous with blade, cutting edge is curved, and very blunt. Large flaked missing on proper right side of cutting edge. Catlins? written on front.
