Complete adze. Mid green pounamu. Cross-section is rectangular on the butt and asymmetrical on the blade. Surface is ground and flaked. No differentiation between butt and blade; sides taper toward the poll. Bevel is demarcated by a straight line. Cutting edge is curved and flaked. "Mangaumanua Kaikoura" inscription
