Stone, Worked
Piece of broken worked pounamu. Dark green. Surface is ground and flaked with sawing marks on one side and one edge. One edge is straight and sharp, similar to the cutting edge of an adze, with a bevel demarcated by a line on each side. The other edge is mostly broken, with a small portion coming to a sharp tapered point and a small bevel demarcated by a change in surface on one side.
